This hub will soon be changing as we get the Staff Handbook completed and more regarding risk assessments and policies switch to our Bright platforms.
But until then this is hopefully a simple format for you to access documents that are useful to you as a Greenway team member.

If you are joining our cleaning team then welcome and please click through to access the cleaning staff induction page.

If you are going to work on one of our sites then this needs completing prior to starting work.
Only overtime that has been pre-approved by a Director/Senior Manager will be paid. If you have had this approved please submit the additional hours worked to Finance by 22nd of the month. Any hours submitted after this date will be paid at the end of the following month.
To claim for expenses please submit the following form by the 22nd of the month, for payment on the 1st.
All expenses must be pre-agreed and have a valid vat receipt.
Please report all accidents, incidents and near misses on our electronic accident form.
For further information on procedures please readRIDDOR to familiarise yourself with the law on reporting accidents in the work place.
All staff who drive on Greenway business, need to complete this form. It will only take 5 minutes, but you will need a photo of your driving licence.

When Maintenance or Housekeeping carry out extra tasks on behalf of a landlord, these are charged as a 'disbursement'.
