Guide to asbestos | Health & Safety Policy
Welcome to Greenway. As you are working at one of our sites, we require you to work through this required information, so that we can keep everyone safe.
If you have any questions, comments or problems, please contact the Site Manager, Steve Donohue, on 07786858210.
If he is not available and you need someone urgently please call Mike Dewar, Director, on 07884446938.
On arrival to site ensure you sign in and have the appropriate PPE, also find the appropriate site supervisor for the day to ensure you are allocated the correct tasks.

Please note that our Health and Safety procedures are mandatory to ensure that we are compliant with the law.

Please report all accidents, incidents and near misses to your Greenway contact.
For further information on procedures please read
RIDDOR to familiarise yourself with the law on reporting accidents in the work place.
As a minimum our maintenance workers need: Pair of safety boots, High Vis vest, eye protection, hard hat, gloves.
Due to the varying nature of our sites - every item will not be required. The different needs will be assessed and outlined in our Risk assessments, and training will be provided for appropriately use of PPE by the Property Works Manager.
Please be aware that you too have a part to play in keeping yourself Healthy & Safe. It is your responsibility to follow your training and use your PPE, once we have provided it. We encourage you to make a safe choice and not put yourself at unnecessary risk, but will not be able to monitor your use.
